We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We also offer Klarna and Clearpay for UK customers, as well as Afterpay for US customers - please note that buy now pay later options are available at the last stage of checkout. They will not show as an option if you are checking out via Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Revolut Pay.
Gift cards are available to purchase on site for the value of either £50, £100, £150, £200 or £300.
These are digital and a unique gift note will be emailed to you.
If you have placed an order but no order confirmation email has been received, please firstly check your junk.
If the email still can’t be located, this means that your order was unsuccessful. In which case, funds will bounce back to the account of your original payment method within 72 hours.
To avoid an unsuccessful order, please ensure that your billing information matches the details that your bank/payment provider have on record. Please also clear cached data and cookies.
We sadly can not proceed with cancellations or amendments to an order. This is due to how quickly our warehouse team operate to get orders shipped out as soon as possible.

Please return any unwanted items back to us within 14 days of receipt.
You can easily request this via our Returns Portal and go ahead with either an exchange, store credit (+bonus 10% value), or a refund.
Please note that items purchased from the Outlet are only eligible for exchange.
We reserve the right to reject a return if it is sent back to us outside of our return timeframe.
Once your parcel has been delivered back to our warehouse, we aim to process your refund or your exchange within 5 working days.
You will receive updates via email to keep track of your return’s progress.
We do! Orders placed from Monday 24th November are eligible for return up until Monday 5th January.
