As soon as you’ve registered an account, you are enrolled into the Cleens Membership Club. By creating a Cleens Membership Club account you are also opting into marketing and communication.
What are the Cleens Membership Club points and what can I get for them?
You can use points as virtual currency to redeem discounts.
How do I redeem my tier discount benefit?
For the Bronze tier, you can redeem your £10 discount on your first order by using the discount code sent to your email. For all other tiers, the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
What do pending points mean?
Pending points for 20 days to take into account returns and any other unforeseen circumstances and return windows.
Can I cancel my rewards if I decide not to use or redeem accidentally?
Active rewards expire if not redeemed and the points are returned to your points balance. Please note this can take up to 12 hours to process.
What should I do if I think there is an error in my point balance?
